2. Apartment in KLEOPATRA HOUSE

Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?

The apartment is situated in one of the most popular buildings of Budapest, called "Kleopatra House". This house is located in Karpat utca, beside of Danube river, near to Margaret Island and close to Margaret Bridge. There are six independent buildings around a large, green common garden. This garden is simply beautiful, there are a lot of benches, fountains & flowers etc...,it is an ideal place to relax. Under the garden, on the level of garages there is a beautiful swimming pool with hot tub, sauna, jacuzzi, sunbeds, barbecue, and a gymn room. You can use these services from 6.00 am till 10:00 pm for a low price. The offered apartment is on the 3rd floor (there are two elevators), it has a great view to the beautiful garden and the street, too.

What does the accomodation comprise of?

This is a comfortable, delux apartment which includes a fully equipped, american style kitchen (built in fridges, stove, microwave oven, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, glasses, kitchen utensils, etc..), a bedroom ( one double bed - all bed linen provided ), a spacy bathroom ( gray - blue marble, bathtub, shower, sink, washing machine, electrical dryer, ventillation, entrances to the bedroom and to the hall also ), a separated toilet, a large, light, friendly livingroom connected with the kitchen ( mahagoni colour furniture, openable sofabed for two persons, armchairs, table, computer corner, Sat-Tv, telephone, visible glass wall and exit to the large terrace ) and a spacy, sunny terrace (sunbeds, table, flowers , view to the garden, faces to east and south ). To have a breakfast or a dinner out on the terrace is a very pleasant feeling !

What about public transport?

The location of the apartment is just perfect, the blue Danube river is just 200 meters far fom the house, the trolleybus 79, which stops right outside the house, takes you to the Square of Heroes, to City Park, to Margaret Bridge or to the international railway station, called Keleti Pu. The Underground is only four blocks away, and a major roads with other buses and trams are just five minutes walk from the apartment.

What facilities are there in the vicinity of the apartment?

Simply everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. A bank, post office, supermarket and laundry are all situated close to the building. Great local restaurants, the famous Westend City Center, a five stars Spa Hotel with deluxe bath and fitness center, a vegetable market, a McDonalds, a jazz cellar, pubs and clubs, a breakfast bar, and an Irish pub are all just a stone's throw away.

3. Apartment at VACI UTCA

Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?

The apartment is situated in the heart of Budapest in the pedestrian area, near of the famous walking street, called Vaci Utca. The apartment is just near of the main square of Budapest, called Deak Ter. The apartment is on the 1th floor of one quiet historical building. This nice renovated building was built in the the XIX. Century.

What does the accomodation comprise of?

The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen( fridge, cooker, microwave, toaster, coffe-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs, etc...), a small hall, a nice bathroom ( bathtub, shower, sink and toilet ) and a large, well designed room with a cosy, built in, pinewood loft. There are antique furnitures in the room, one double bed, two wardrobes, one sofabed, leather armchairs, table, Sat-Tv and phone. The apartment has a gas heating system.

Any special features?

With the style of the furniture we wished to follow the patina of the
building. The building and the apartment also has a very special
athmosphere, what you can feel immediately when you enter into.

What about public transport?

The location of this apartment is the greatest advantage, please check it on the city map. At Deak Ter there is the meeting point of the three Metro lines and on this square there are many stops of buses, trams and trolleybuses and 24 hours public transportation. Vaci utca means the center of Budapest, this is the pedestrian area of Budapest. After a short walk you can reach the Danube river, the Chain Bridge, the famous passage, called Dunacorso, the world famous Gerbeaud Cafe, the best local restaurants and music clubs and also the Market Hall and the Thermal baths. If you have a wish to spend money for quality clothes you can select from the most famous shops and butiques.

4. BUDA CASTLE APARTMENT

Where is the apartment? What is the locality like?

The apartment is situated in the center of Budapest, on Buda side, just under the world famous Buda Castle, at Batthyany Squer, in a historical part of the town. The location of the flat can't be better. The flat has a great location, as the Chain Bridge, the Matthias Church, the Royal Palace, the Danube are just near of the apartment. The apartment is on the first floor of one beautiful old Roman building. There is a garden also, it is full of trees and plants. From the house there is a view to the Iskola street, and partly to the building of Parlament.

What does the accomodation comprise of?

The flat consists of a large very well equipped kitchen( fridge, cooker, microwave -owen, toaster, coffe-machine, dishes, plates, table with chairs, etc...), a hall with wardrobes, a bathroom ( with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet )and a large, well designed room with a cosy, built in, pinewood loft. The room is equipped with antique furniture. In the room there are two double beds, two sofabeds one wardrobe, armchairs, table, a lot of shelfs for books, Sat-Tv and phone. The apartment has a central heating system.

This area is maybe one of the best parts of Budapest. The flat has an unique interior. The building has a very special athmosphere, what you can feel immediately when you enter into. If you would like to have a quiet apartment
in very distinguished, historical area and at the same time to be in the center of Budapest, then this flat can fulfill your wishes.... and one thing more, if you would like to wake up for the songs of the birds instead of the noise of high traffic then this place can be ideal for you.

What about public transport?

The public transportation is very good. You can reach the Metro, trams, buses and the HEV in close surroundings. Close to the apartment you find public transportation to every directions.

What facilities are there in the vicinity of the apartment?

The location of this apartment is the greatest advantage. It is easy get to the Royal Palace and the Matthias Church by walk using the stairs near of the building. There is the old Funicular close to the apartment, which brings you up to the Royal Palace and down to Chain Bridge. The famous Gellert Bath is also very cose and the other baths, like Kiraly Bath and Rudas Bath are all just a stone's throw away. There is a huge shopping center close to the house, it is easy to manage there the daily shopping, as well. 5. Yep! Hostel

We offer you a huge, very comfortable place to stay with one double room, one four bedded room and one eight bedded room. Yes, you see well on the pictures, in Gipsy Wigwam room we built very romantic, native LODGES, as a private units in that room. You can't find similar accomodation.....
